How did your "journey" start in nextporter?

I have met the owner of the company Erik years ago before I joined the company. While I was looking for a job, I met Erik. His company and enthusiasm for the results fascinated me so much that we agreed to cooperate.

What does your day in nextporter look like?

My day begins with a plan of what needs to be done that day. Mostly I already have a weekly plan ready so I'm just updating the daily one.

Most of my day could be summed up in one word and that is "communication". I communicate and meet with my colleagues, our customers and suppliers.

What do you like the most about your job?

I like that every day is different and I solve new and new challenges every day.

What are you doing in your free time?

I try to divide my free time between my family and my own self-education. Currently, I spend much more time with my family, as I have a 1.5-year-old daughter.

What is your dream destination?

Asia in general, I am most attracted to exploring cultures and the differences between them.

I would like to go to the Maldives. That is the first goal.

What is your biggest goal in life?

In general, I would describe it as improving myself, but there is more to it. It's not just about me, it's about all the people around me. I just want everyone around me to improve and grow.

What is your biggest success in life so far?

Personally, when I look at myself, that's where I got to.

Within the family, it is a great family and a beautiful daughter.
