Terms of use of the Contact form
The Contact form can be used to send general messages (e.g. questions, suggestions, etc.) to the nextporter group.
The form is not intended for sending official requests or documents that are relevant only after verifying the identity of the sender.
Depending on the selected "category", your message (and attachment) will be sent to the nextporter group staff who specialize in the selected area (e.g. a message marked as "Career" category will be sent to the human resources department, message from the "Suppliers" category will be sent to the purchase department.
Confirmation of agreement with these terms of use is considered as an expression of your consent to the processing of personal data listed in the "Email address" field and also personal data listed in the "Message" field or in the attachment.
The operator of nextporter s.r.o. with its registered seat in Kralicka 594/117, Kraliky 97634, Slovakia, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the City of Banská Bystrica, Division: Sro, number 11002/S, Registered Number 36643092, processes personal data sent by the Contact form with the consent of the person concerned according to Article 6 para. 1 letter a) Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU no. 2016/679 on protection of individuals with regard to processing of personal data and on free movement of such data (GDPR) for the purpose of recording and processing the report.
The operator has applied technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. All employees who come into contact with personal data at the operator or an intermediary are bound to maintain confidentiality, even after their termination of work relationship or similar form of employment. Intermediaries and their employees are bound to maintain the confidentiality of personal data that they process on behalf of the controller and by the personal data processing contract.
Personal data processed on the basis of consent to their processing, the natural person concerned has the right to withdraw this consent at any time. Such withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given prior to its withdrawal. Recipients of personal data are providers of technical infrastructure, entities to which the controller is obliged to provide data upon their request.
The personal data provided in the Contact form (or in the attachment) may, at your option, be transferred to a third country in the "Category" field within the nextporter group companies:

Personal data sent by the Contact form will be stored for 5 years, as long as necessary for the purpose for which personal data are processed.
The operator does not make automated decisions when processing personal data. Based on the explicit consent granted in the so-called cookies bar, an anonymized analysis of traffic to individual websites is performed.
By granting consent to the processing of personal data, your rights as of a data subject are not affected. Upon written request sent to the operator or submitted in person at the operator, you have:
- the right of access to data according to Art. 15 of the GDPR Regulation,
- the right to erase (the right to be forgotten) according to Art. 17 of the GDPR

- the right to restrict the processing according to Art. 18 of the GDPR Regulation,
- the right to data portability according to Art. 20 of the GDPR Regulation,
- the right to object according to Art. 21 of the GDPR Regulation,
- the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority according to Art. 77 of the
GDPR Regulation (the supervisory body for the Slovak Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava).
